15.5 INCH TALL VINTAGEDE PORCELEYNE FLESROYAL DELFTCOVERED JAR#1 of 2I WILL SHIP TO THE NETHERLANDS FOR $40.00 Offered in this sale is a beautiful, large , hand paint Dutch Delft covered jar that was made by the De Porceleyne Fles factory. The De Porceleyne Fles factory is the oldest (since 1635) and most famous factory in Delft. It is completely hand painted. Its a big piece that measures 15.5 (39cm) tall to the top of the figural finial x roughly 8" (20cm) in diameter at its widest. It is marked on the underside of the base with the companies mark and the artists initials. The date mark indicates that it was made in 1950. It also has an old foil Dutch retailers label that reads FOCK & MELTZER AMSTERDAM. The condition is very good. T is one small glaze flake on the edge of the cover rim and a firing line on one of the covers edge poinst (7th image), otwise, t are no other chips, cracks, flakes or hairlines.
