SALEWITHUS is auctioning this antique chair. Although we can't say for sure, this looks like a Deacon's chair that was in a mortuary at one time. It is all original and has a oak patina. T are two leather Northwind face figurals, one on each side of the chair. It has barley twist accent on back of chair and at bottom. T is a leather medallion at the bottom as well. Greco-motif embossed in leather. Decorative aspect would indicate late 1800's. Measurements are: Chair back is 38.5" tall; Seat is 16" off the floor; Length of chair is 27"; Width is 20". This is truly a rare and unique chair and one this decorative and intricate in detail won't come along often. Don't let this pass you by! Check out our low starting price with no reserve!
