WHAT A LOVELY HIGH QUALITY ART NOUVEAU TEA SERVICE! Here we have a quite splendid solid silver 3 piece Sheffield made tea service of most breathtaking and highly elegant form. All pieces are assayed in Sheffield,1919 by high quality makers James Deakin & Sons-refer to Jackson's pocket edition page 158.Year letter r. For reference teapot is 6.5 inches in height and 11.25 inches in diameter,it is thus of very good size. A stunning pot,its weight is a sublime 692 grams. Crucially handle and finial are firm and secure. Sugar bowl is 4.25 inches in height and 7.5 inches in diameter.Weight is a sublime 347 grams. Cream jug is 4 inches in height and 5 inches in diameter.Weight is a considerable 207 grams. The total weight of this awesome set is a hefty 1246 grams or 40.06 troy ounces.
