From the estate of Prof. Günther Weissenborn (1911-2001): Claude Debussy - Trois Ballades de Francois Villon, La Grotte, Mandoline (Verlaine) & Syrinx Maurice Ravel - Chansons Madecasses (Parny), Cinq melodies populaires grecques (Calvocoressi) & Don Quichotte a Dulcinee (Morand) Dietrich-Fischer Dieskau, baritone - Karl Engel, piano - Aurele Nicolet, flute - Irmgard Poppen, violoncello DGG SLPM 138115 original first German stereo edition from 1960 with "Alle Hersteller" tulip label and red "STEREO" logo on front cover in wonderful near mint, probably unplayed condition The cover has moderate seam and corner wear and some bendings. Date on back cover is "6/60" (June 1960). The record looks unplayed like new, without any wear, even without any spindle wear. This record is part of the estate of Prof. Günther Weissenborn. In this auction I will list many records of his estate including some signed lps, promotional white label lps by famous companies like DGG, Ariola and Bärenreiter and some extremely rare promotional white label lps with hand-written labels of which probably only a handful of record exist and which were probably produced only for his private use or for broadcast!!! condition: cover: VG+ / vinyl: NM NM is our highest grade for used records.
