This card came from a very elderly friend's old album. It shows compressed cotton with a young black man standing atop a bale. In the background you can see the train & traincars and smokestacks and some tall building. It is a very historical card and it has been used. I can't make out the postmark but I think it is 1906 or 1907. I also show a backside view and also other cards which I have listed or plan to list. This card appears to be in crisp good condition to me although it has yellowed somewhat with age. Please enlarge the photos as a picture is "worth a thousand words".
