This is a great art deco fan. It is an Emerson Silver Swan...what a rare find! This features a great set of blades on what resembles a bullet head. This fan measures 12" across. It has three speeds and oscillates. The fan has had an old cord off of another fan put on this. The cord is in good condition and this is ready to go! It does work on all three speeds and wow does it put out the air! It looks so cool when the blades are turning and it runs very smoothly...not shakey or choppy! These old fans are the best for performance and can outlast any of the new ones made today! They are a bit dangerous with the cages being so open like they are. The switch seems be be on backwards for some reason but I will let you get it pointing in the right direction if you wish. T is the original tag on front which could use repainted and t is a label on top that I have pictured. It reads "Silver Swan Type 54_0C - 12 OSC 110 Volts" amongst other things you can read for yourself. I cannot read that one number on the "type". The round back has a couple of very, very shallow dings. This whole thing needs a good cleaning and the silver areas can use polishing. These great collector fans will never loose their value. Don't miss out on this 1930's fan! Illinois residents pay 6.25% sales tax. Thank you for your interest! Be sure to check out my other listings read more
