EXCELLENT CONDITION ! RARE PATTERN ! Offered for your consideration is this very rare Custard Glass 7-pc. Berry Set in the Weatherford pattern. Weatherford was made by the Cambridge Glass Company in the early 1920's. It was their late entry into the custard glass market. What makes this set so very rare are 3 things: (1) It is complete and undamaged. (2) It still has the original cold hand painted decoration with minimal wear. (3) And, it still retains the metal pedestals that came with the set (they fit perfectly). The custard glass color is outstanding. It "fires" orange in the natural light. It also glows brilliantly under a black light like vaseline glass. The pattern details on the bottoms are nicely defined. This SCARCE bowl set is in EXCELLENT CONDITION. T are no chips, no cracks, and no repairs. The metal pedestals have light wear, but are undamaged. ***As with all of our items, satisfaction is guaranteed.
