This awesome collection includes the following: the Bargain and Sale Deed, signed and notarized by the President of the Brooklyn Dodgers, Stephen Mulvey; the Quitclaim Deed, signed and notarized by Mulvey; the 1933 Policy of Title Insurance; and two large documents outlining which parcels of land are included in the transaction. Ebbets field had a storied sports history for a number of decades, serving as the home for both baseball and football teams in Brooklyn before being demolished in 1960. These documents are bursting with incredible sports history, and average EX-MT condition with very few imperfections, making them great for reading!
