Here's a nicely colored iron pontiled soda recently freed from an Alfred, Maine estate!!! Bottle is sorta' tee pee-shaped and stands approximate 7 1/2 inches tall. Color is best described as a pretty deep blue green. It's marked in 1 1/8 inch block letters around the center of the bottle as follows, "J. Harvey & Co.". Embossed in smaller letters beneath, "65 1/2 Canal St (backward n's) Providence RI". This is a rather scare soda in a nicer color than is usually found or listed. This is not a dug bottle, never cleaned or tumbled. Virtually no case wear, just a few scattered scratches. Only damage of note is a 3/16" flat chip along the outside top lip edge (with a teeny-tiny corresponding inner lip bruise). I don't know how well my images bring it out, but the blob top is applied quite crookedly to the bottle. Also, check out the rough iron pontil at the base.
