This auction is for a wonderful and RARE DEER PARK ALE PORTER BEER TRAY PORT JERVIS New York NY great graphics of a deer stag purity and strength, from the early 1930's brewery Tray, From an internet search I found the following from tavern trove website " Trade Names for the brewery at 71 Reservoir Avenue, Port Jervis, NY:Deer Park Brew Co. 1899-1922Deerpark Breweries, Inc. 1933-1935 Deerpark Beverages, Inc. 1936-1942 Closed in 1942 According to contributor Michael Worden, The building was demolished about 18 years ago. The former brewery property is the location of the City of Port Jervis Water Treatment Plant. The actual brewery site is now a large holding tank. The original brickwork and iron gates still stand at the former entrance to the property and are used today. The two ageing caves are blocked off, but still visible from the Reservoir Avenue side of the property " It measures approx 12" in diameter. Tray was made by electro chemical engraving co Inc New York NY.
