Adorable porcelain rabbits figurine in the fishnet design by nd in 'like new' condition. Very fine quality porcelain molded in the form of two rabbits, one crouching one sitting erect, entirely hand-decorated with red overglaze enamel, black eyes and gold leaf noses and paws. Base unglazed. A charming, harder-to-find double rabbit pose.
Marks: Stamped over the glaze with a shield and crossed paint-brushes, topped with the HP monogram and around the words ND HUNGARY HANDPAINTED . A hand written design number 288 and a decorator's tally mark, C in blue. Also nd (partly obscured) stamped into the porcelain of the base and the shape number 5226 inscribed by hand also into the porcelain. Date: Late 20th century. Condition: Beautiful, displayed-only condition. Not a mark on it. Absolutely no chips, cracks, scratches, crazing or repairs. Gold trim all perfect. Size: Just under 3.5 inches (11.3 cms) high by 2.75 inches across the base (7 cms). Shipping: I will gladly combine shipping for multiple purchases.
