This is a DeLizza and Elster "Book Piece" elephant broach/pin in excellent shape! The pin and bale are intact, no stones are missing, the golden metal is bright, no broken or missing parts!This piece is featured in Ann Pitman's reference book of DeLizza and Elster jewelry on page 105. The large center stone is a turquoise morrocan style stone with various other blue toned stones surrounding it.
