Warranty for Computer that have an Operating System We offer a 90 day warranty on all hardware issues for our computers. If you experience any difficulties, contact our customer service department by sending us a message through eBay. All returns require a RMA number, which can be obtained by contacting us through eBay messages. Warranty covers hardware issues only and excludes problems caused by abuse or tampering with components. Swapping internal components in computer systems will void the warranty. Installation issues with products purchased elsewhere will not by covered by our warranty. Laptop batteries are not covered under our warranty. The amount of time that laptop batteries hold a charge is not guaranteed. Please note that all batteries will hold a charge, but we cannot guarantee the amount of time.ReturnsIf for any reason your purchase from InterConnection does not meet expectations, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. However, to receive a refund, you must contact us within 3 days after you receive the item. If you wait longer than 3 days to contact us about returning the item, you will not be refunded (no exceptions).
