Genuine and original Denison Smock dated 1952 in very good used condition showing obvious signs of use possibly from combat. This Denison smock certainly has a lot of character. There are period repairs to the jacket and a newey popper button is missing from the front. Overall the colours are quite strong with period faded areas too. The knitted cuffs are in good condition and the opti zipper works fine. Not 100% sure the zipper is original. The label is very faded. The word breast is discernable as is the date of 1952 shown in the red box in the last photograph. It isn't easy to see or read but it is there. Sizes laid flat are.... Top of collar to hem 33 inches. Bottom of collar to end of knitted cuff 30 inches. Chest measured under arm to under arm 29 inches. This makes the jacket about a size 3. I am 6' 1" tall with long arms and a 42" chest and the jacket fits me fine, with room to spare for a jumper.� Will be very well packed and dispatched as soon as payment is received and cleared.
