This is a great piece with almost no flaws. The box is not in wonderful condition. It has been taped where there have been tears...the building is flawless. Everything works. However, it is missing one of the small flags. I believe it is around here someplace but I am selling it as is without the one flag. The hole where the flag goes is indented a bit so when you display it, you will have to prop one of the flags up or glue it in. When the building is to the back, you will not notice this flaw at all. I will include the flag if I find it. I remember putting it in my dining room when I took this down.This building is not for the faint of heart. It is a very large piece. As you can see from the pictures, it makes a fabulous lighted display at night time. The top section has three distinct colors...red, blue and green. I love this building but I need to downsize and with a potential move, I just cannot keep it. It is very heavy guys so the shipping reflects that. It will ship insured. I have this listed on a local website for free and someone came to see it. I told him if there were no bids on it by Wednesday, I would cancel the listing so please be aware of this.
