You are looking at a wonderful decoration for the upcoming Christmas & Holiday Season . This is a festive tree for you to decorate of Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas! 23 inch tall Tree with Grinch base and 24 assorted ornaments sized around 1.5 inches each. This Christmas Tree is complete with all 24 ornaments designed to be added each day to count down towards Christmas. What you see in the pictures is exactly the Tree, Base, and Ornaments you will receive. Please look closely at the pictures for condition. IT IS ALL HERE! Great, whimsical centerpiece for any holiday celebration. The ornaments consist of Max the Dog, Holiday Weaths, Colorful Seussian Ornaments, Candy Canes, and Striped Stockings. All have been protected and packed in their orginal styrofoam container. Box has has some shelf-wear and is slightly damaged on top. Please refer to the pictures. Box has not been taped or contains any sticky residue or writing. Comes from a smoke-free, pet-free, children-free household. Retired Department 56 item Dated 2001 on the bottom of the base.
