The porcelain model is brand new, and has never been opened. The box itself has some scuff marks, but is in overall decent condition. The product number is 56.59241. Unless noted in the description, all items are shipped from our Chicago warehouse and showroom located at 1830 N Besly Ct. Chicago 60622. Our showroom hours are Mon, Wed, Fri from 9 to 5, Tue & Thurs from 9 to 7 and Sat from 10 to 4.

We do combine shipping whenever possible; however, t are sometimes weight or size restrictions which do not allow us to offer such a discount. Once you checkout of any one of the items you're purchasing, our checkout software will ask you if you want to combine your orders and combine your shipping.

Any item you purchase may be picked up in our showroom without having to pay a shipping or handling charge. Please let us know 24 hours before coming in so that we can have the item ready for you when you arrive.

For items sold as Local Pickup, pickup must be arranged by the buyer, with the following requirements:
1) Payment in full must be received within 48 hours of auction ending.
2) Buyer is responsible for packaging the item. If this poses a problem, please contact us prior to bidding.
3) Items must be picked up within 7 days after the listing has ended. After 7 days, the item is considered abandon by the winning bidder and any refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus listing costs. If this poses a problem, please contact us prior to bidding.
4) Illinois Sales tax of 9% will be added to your order unless the item(s) are picked up by a freight service shipping out-of-state.
