This is a mint condition "The Wedding Gallery" by Department 56. The light is included with the item but does not work (may just need new bulb...not sure). Was only taken out of the box, never left on display (technically can't list it as new although it has not been used). Everything about this piece is in perfect condition. Shipping is free and item will be well packaged. Engravable name plate included. Please let me know if you have any questions.
