Alpine Village Sport Laden The Sport Laden is a wonderfully detailed building complete with a little sporting goods shop on the side! This beautiful, hand painted porcelain piece is lighted and new in the box. Produced by Department 56, it was originally available in 1993 and retired in 1998. This piece is mint in box, never displayed. Seller’s Instructions PayPal is my only method of payment. I will ship your package as soon as possible after receipt of your payment (usually the next day unless it is a Sunday or holiday). For most small packages I ship via USPS Priority Mail however if your package is larger, heavy or irregular I will offer you the option of shipping by UPS if it will save you money. Shipping is based on weight and distance. I must receive your payment within 5 days of the auction's end and/or your purchase from my store is completed or the item may be relisted. Combined Shipping Whenever possible, I will be happy to combine shipping for multiple items. If you are bidding on multiple items (or purchasing multiple items), do not check out until your purchases are completed. I will hold your account open for up to three days after your first item is purchased so that you can complete your selections. When your purchases are completed let me know and I will box everything and weigh it so that I can save you the most money possible. If you are buying multiple bulky pieces that are not economical to ship by priority mail, I would be happy to ship by UPS. DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED A COMBINED INVOICE INCLUDING ALL OF YOUR ITEMS AND ADJUSTED SHIPPING CHARGES. (I am sorry but I do not ship by parcel post, nor am I able to accommodate pick ups). Condition of Items Everything I sell is brand new unless described otherwise, however many of the pieces are older and the exterior boxes may show some wear. I don’t guarantee the specific quality of the box but I do guarantee the quality of the item. I do open and inspect each item before I ship it because I know how disappointing it is when you receive something that is inferior or broken. Terms Used to Describe Condition NEW or MINT IN BOX - In original box or package and/or never used. EXCELLENT - Near mint or like new. VERY GOOD - Limited use or wear. GOOD - Normal use or wear. FAIR - Significant use, wear or imperfections. ANTIQUE - At least 100 years old or collected due to rarity. VINTAGE – At least 20 years old. Returns I will accept returns on an item if it is not as I have represented it. Returns must be made within 3 days. I will refund your merchandise purchase price but not the cost of shipping, insurance, customs or VAT fees, etc. Memorandum to International Buyers Your local Customs authorities may add additional duties and/or tariffs to the cost of your order. Please be aware that you are responsible for the payment of any additional fees. Please contact your local Customs office for details. Please do not ask me to mark packages as "Gifts" or to undervalue the merchandise on the Customs forms, the penalty for knowingly falsifying information on a Customs form is $10,000 and/or 5 years in jail.
