PLEASE READ THIS DESCRIPTION IN FULL, before emailing me questions. Thank you. You will receive a DEPT 56 ceramic collector house of 'CARIBOU COFFEE SHOP' from the north pole series. Item is like new in box. It was never displayed, but when I opened the box the antlers on the front of the house(see image below) fell off. Its an easy fix for any collector. I prefer not to glue this myself, just because of the long shipping journey might force it to break off again. Its better if the new owner glues the 2 pieces on. Other than that, item is in new condition. Comes with original box. Box/packaging shows some wear & bumps on the edges. Item measures approximately 6" inches in overall height. There is an X mark on the top and bottom syrofoam portion of the packaging and an X mark over original price tag. OTHER INFO : All of my items are coming from a clean & smoke free environment. Buyers are encouraged to ask any questions that are not already stated in description. I'm just selling items that I don't use or have no use for anymore.
