"Baker Bros. Bagel Bakery" (D56 Number - 58920) Department 56 - Christmas in the City Series Retired House - Original date of 2001 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * This house is used, but in excellent condition. No cracks, crazing, chips, repairs, or missing accessories (if applicable). This house and all others I have for sale are original to me and comes from a smoke free environment. They are used, but have been displayed with care, many only displayed one year. Again, the house is in excellent condition. There are a few exceptions in my collection, but they are noted above. If this is one of them, it will be obvious to you from description at top of page with the problem listed in RED . All houses come in their original boxes with original box sleeves. These are used however, and in some cases the box or sleeve shows signs of years of enjoyment at Christmas. Also some sleeves have marks and most have original price tags attached so you can see what a fantastic deal you are getting! All houses come with light cord. Bulb however was not tested, but a true collector will have spares I am sure. I do combine shipping on multiple items, but note that usually only 2 houses can get shipped together. Having a bigger box would drastically increase the shipping costs. It is cheaper
