Another must have for your collection and display. This is a vintage bldg. with the old fashion gas pumps. The building date is 1912 and has a clock at the top. It also has snow patches on the roof and other parts. The building is decoratively trimmed out in Christmas holiday style. T is also an attendent on the second piece. He is standing under the Royal Oil sign with an oil stand and oil can.

This is a New In Box item never opened.

It retailed for $75.00
