This is Department 56 #59260 Christmas In The City " Flatiron Building " lighted building, BRAND NEW for 2007.

This landmark skyscraper will make a magnificent centerpiece for your Village. This wonderful piece is a must for any Christmas In The City display and would make a wonderful and much appreciated gift for a collector. The Flatiron Building measures 9.5" x 7.5" x 14".

The historic Flatiron Building is BRAND NEW in its original box and has only been removed for inspection.
