Christmas at Lakeside Park Pavilion is from Dept. 56 Christmas in the City Series. Introduced and retired for the Production year of 2007, this is a Limited Collectors' Edition and is hand numbered as 08174 of only 7,000 produced and sold. This is a large piece and would definitely be an anchor piece on your holiday display. The Pavilion is decorated for the holidays and advertises a Christmas Festival. There are three skaters that circle around the ice rink. In the corner is the office to rent skates and buy a nice cup of hot chocolate, hot dog, cookie or hot cider. This comes with the three skaters, two detachable blue flags, which attach at the roof, the adapter and in the original packaging.As previously stated this is a large and heavy item so shipping reflects size and weight.While I may state on an item that I sell that it is "used", please note that each item is purchased from the collector who bought the item originally and displayed it in their own smoke free/pet free home. The items are in mint collectible condition unless otherwise stated in my description . Should the item be brand new and never used/opened I will state that also.
