Dept 56 "Design Works North Pole". Item number 56733. Building is brand new in box. This building was only available at Dept 56 's Silver Anniversary event in 2001. Designed at a time when Dept 56 's designers were still interested in attention to tremendous detail. Porcelain. It originally retailed for $75.00. It has only been out of the box to photograph and inspect for chips, cracks or other defects. Building is in perfect condition. Small amount of wear on the box. Box was kept in a clean and dry storage area, inside of another box. Free shipping to the United States only.
