This item has been Used in a Christmas Display then stored back into the original box and Styrofoam sleeve.House and figurines are in excellent condition. The sign that hangs in the front of the house is missing. Rest of the house and accessories are in excellent shape.From the Victorian Christmas Series.This item was limited to the year of production, introduced in 2006 and retired 2006. This item is rare and hard to find.This item came as a gift set of 6 which includes: porcelain lighted house, 2 scotch pine trees and three piece accessory "May your Christmas Season be bright".There is a lantern with a candle inside with this and I can't remember where it went so that will be in the box.Based on the secondary value listed in Village D-Tails reference guide #2, it is listed for $198.00.
