This beautiful building is in MINT condition. No chips, cracks, or repairs. The box, sleeve, hang tag and light cord are included in great condition. This house is lovely red brick with grey roof. The details include matching blue/yellow curtains at each window, bay window with"Merry Christmas" stenciled on the glass, welcome mat and wreath at front door, welcome mat at side door and "Home Sweet Home" sign. You can see inside the bay window into the cozy decorated living room including a Christmas tree! T is a paint smear on the roof(see photo) that came from the factory.

All of my Snow Village buildings and accessories were purchased new, gently displayed and carefully stored.
