You are being offered a Department 56 "Halloween Festival Billboard" from the Heritage Village Collection, Halloween General Village Series. The original price on this item was $25. The Item Number is 53241. It was issued in 2006 and retired in 2008. It is a hand painted ceramic accessory and as such may contain imperfections such as small indentations, rough spots, crazing, or other slight flaws that occur during manufacturing. Unique variations should be expected seeing as this is a hand painted item.Several Halloween buildings and accessories have been produced within the Original Snow Village Collection. These General Village pieces can be used by themselves or in combination with those items.THIS ITEM IS BRAND NEW, NEVER DISPLAYED, STORED IN BOX SINCE PURCHASE. It has only been removed for inspection when purchased and again for picture-taking. This accessory is in "MINT" condition. Included is the original fitted Styrofoam box with cellophane wrappings which may have been removed for photography (see Photograph #3 above). The sleeve/outer box shows signs of storage and/or age (see Photograph #3 above). There are no chips, cracks or repairs to this item.
