This set was originally a set of 3. I am missing the one tree. It came out in 2000 and retired in 2001. The Dept 56 number is 56.59034. It was sold in the US only for $75.00. This Dr. Seuss' How The Grinch Stole Christmas! Collection is listed under the section called Hot Properties for Dept 56. This set of 2 is used. T isn't the original box or the light cord with this set. The accessory is in great condition, with no flaws at all. The house has a few minor flaws, which are 1 small chip on backside bottom gray area, and the elephant statue on top of the Town Hall is missing an ear and wiggles a little. Other than what I told you about the 3 flaws, t aren't any other flaws anyw This set is in good condition and is as is.
