Part of 'Christmas In The City Series by Department 56 #56~05709. New in Unopened BoxIntrodu ced June 2000 ~ Retired 2000 It was not sold in stores~ only available through State Farm offices. Porcelain building never taken out of the styrofoam box. Original complete packaging including story card, two detached pieces, lighting, bulb and pamphlet. The Box is in Excellent condition
