Dept 56 Heritage Village North Pole Series Elfland brings you Frostbite Tree House Day Care. This works on a battery case and cord and both have been looked at and tested and are in working order. This has never even been displayed. The piece is in great condition, the cord has no issues and everything lights up like it is suppose to. The box may have minimal shelf wear but no major damage (rips or tears) to be seen. If you are worried about a mint or pristine box (this is not for you). If you are a box type of person and would like to see better photos of the box I will send them to you. However, I do rate this box in good condition. You are bidding on an original high quality Dept 56 product. Brand new, never used in the original packaging. Photos are of actual item you are getting, not stock photo.
