This is a very large lot of Department 56 North Pole Village houses and accessories. All of the pieces are in very good condition, with no cracks or chips whatsoever. All are in their original boxes.

Everything you see in the photos is included, plus some additional trees. You can make quite a beautiful display with these pieces.

Two or three of the boxes have been taped, and a couple are missing a piece of styrofoam. Also, the little man that comes with the Trim-A-Tree Factory is not included. Other than that, this is a great opportunity to collect many retired and hard to find pieces.

This will probably need to be shipped in two separate boxes. I do not make any profit from shipping, and buyer will only pay actual shipping cost. I usually find that Fedex ground is pretty reasonable, however I will be happy to ship by UPS or USPS if buyer prefers.
