This is a wonderful limited edition set by Department 56. This set was limited to the year 2004 production. This is a six piece gift set that includes the lighted building, Plush Teddy Bear accessory, one flag pole and two frosted sisal trees and a bag of fresh fallen snow. This set is called "Teddy Bear Training Center" and is part of the North Pole Village series. The building is approximately 8 3/4" tall and the bear (standing) is approximately 5 3/4" tall. The set item number 56.56774. The set has never been displayed and was taken from the original packaging for the photos only. We combine shipping.
