Very pretty Dept 56 North Pole building, this is "Polar Power" Company. Lights that are strung up in the front of the building light up and the electric static sparks in the dome too - adapter is included which operates these lights. Please note that the flag on the top of the dome is missing and one of the "circuit" cords needs to be re-glued as it has become loose - please look at photo 2 and it is the third cord. No other chips or nics. This piece was limited to the year 2003. No original box is included. I have other pieces of Dept 56 North Pole village, so please check. I am happy to combine for shipping.
