This is a no-reserve auction for a complete Heritage Village North Pole Series. This set was produced by Department 56 from 1990-1992. They have had only one owner. I've only set them up a few times over the years, and I'd like them to go to someone who will get more use out of them. All pieces are in like-new condition and come in their original styrofoam boxes. The only wear that I can see is on the two ceramic evergreen trees. They do not have boxes and have been wrapped in paper. The snow is slightly yellowed in some places. But I see no problems whatsoever with the buildings--no chips, cracks, discoloration, etc.
The set includes a total of 10 buildings, 1 North Pole gate, 2 figurines (one is Dept. 56, the other is not), 1 flocked tree, 2 ceramic Dept. 56 trees, and 2 light strings (made by Dept. 56) with 6 sockets each. In addition, 6 of the boxes include single light strings. Seven of the buildings are businesses, and they have letters on their fronts that spell out "North Pole." The other three buildings are the Elves' Bunkhouse, the Reindeer Barn, and Santa's Workshop. Last Christmas, I saw Santa's workshop sell on Ebay for over $100 by itself. I wasn't able to sell this set at that time, so by buying off-season, I think you'll probably get a really good deal. This is a no-reserve auction; I'm moving and simply need to get rid of them now.

The North Pole Gate and Mrs. Clause w/ Elf figurine are both labeled Dept. 56 Heritage Village Series on the bottom. The two ceramic trees are labeled Dept. 56.
This set will be carefully packed and shipped in one large box via UPS or FedEx Home. The cost of shipping is $40 and includes insurance. I accept Paypal only, and I do not accept returns. As soon as I receive the payment, I will ship the item.
