What is a North Pole collection without Santa's Workshop? This building is so whimsical and detailed, it is a must have to add to your collection, or to begin a new one!

The current market value is $450.00 . It originally sold for $72, so this is a great investment for a collector. Has original box and packing materials.

I was a collecting fool back in the late 80's and early 90's so when this was introduced I bought several Santa's Workshops as what would a North Pole Village be without Santa's Workshop...These have all been stored in a smoke free, environmentally controlled storage unit.

Other of my auctions have Santa's Workshop pictured with different accessory pieces.

Also, other first year buildings listed are Neenee's Doll & Toy Shop, Elf Bunkhouse and Reindeer Barn. I went crazy this first year.

NONE OF THE BUILDINGS OR ACCESSORIES HAVE EVER BEEN REMOVED FROM THEIR BOXES BEFORE TAKING PHOTOGRAPHS FOR THESE AUCTIONS. All Mint with Original Sleeves and Boxes. A couple of the outer boxes show minimal aging, after all they are 17 years old!

I don't think I bought any new houses or accessories after 1993, so entire collection is at least 15 years old.

As we are downsizing and do not want to continue paying for an air conditioned storage unit, it breaks my heart to part with my precious set, but my daughter is graduating and who knows when or if grandchildren will arrive.

(Difference between UPS Ground and Priority Mail). Insurance is included with UPS Ground shipping. If you would like USPS shipping t will be an additional $3.50 charge for insurance.
