Dept 56 Shopping Bundle from the Christmas in The City Series Includes "Hank's Market/Corner Grocery" building" & "Variety Store ans Barber Shop" building Hank's Building - Dept 56 #59706 - Date 1988-1992 Variety Building - Dept 56 #59722 - Date 1988-1990 These are both stamped 1988 Hank's is roughly 9" tall x 5" wide x 4" deep (box is roughly 10" x 8" x 7") Variety is roughly 8" tall x 7" wide x 5" deep (box is roughly 9" x 9" x 7") These are very detailed solid, partially hollow ceramic buildings Both in great condition - no apparent flaws See photos from all sides Includes original box & styrofoam packaging for both - Variety has minimal shelf wear around box edges & "Display" hand written on it - Hank's has one box corner damaged & taped but is intact with edge shelf wear I will ship together inside another box Will be well packed for protection Does not include light & cord for either (these are generic & readily available) Light for Variety got stuck inside and cord was cut leaving light & bulb loose inside - will not interfere with installing a new light Used as part of our Dept 56 Christmas scene decorations for many years Looks great but I'm sure it's not perfect* If you have a train set display or Christmas city display, this is a great addition Will ship insured so you can collect from the Post Office for any damages
