I'd also advise buyers to avoid listings that use stock photos or only show the box; department56 is certainly not an item to be purchased sight unseen. In addition, the current feedback system is meaningless when everyone has 98% or better and the buyer protection policy doesn't cover any of the 2-way shipping losses when the seller willingly accept a return.
