This Department 56 building was a Limited Edition of only 12,000. The Reindeer rotates around the house. Wonderful detail, the lights on the front of the house are a great touch! The house is called 'The Santa Claus House' and is part of the Snow Village Series. The building is approximately 11.25 x 9 x 6.75. The item number is 56.55602. This is a "display anyw" piece. It operates on 4 "AA" batteries (not included). A wonderful piece to display anyw and not worry about a plug in nearby! It has never been displayed (NEW) and was taken from the original packaging for the photos only. All original packaging and paperwork is included. We combine shipping.
