This book would be the perfect Christmas gift for the person who has everything. If you go to Derek Riggs website you will also find the signed soft cover books available for sale. This Buy Now is for the unsigned Soft Cover book. Shipping Charges:Canada - $20Rest of the world - $30I know the S&H is high. Unfortunately, the option of Surface Mail has been taken away. It is costly to ship overseas. Also the books are mailed in special boxes with bubble wrap to avoid damages. Not just an envelope. This gets costlyIf you want to cut down on shipping, I have discovered that I can ship 3-4 books for the same price as 2. That would be a total of$30.00 US for Canada.
