This amazing piece is straight from the era of Retro elegance - 1940s. It is not signed, but has the style and quality of DeRosa , Boucher or Reja. It is not sterling - or at least not marked sterling. The condition is fabulous - no wear. The stones are a deep red ruby. The center stone is 7/8" long. Large, 4" long and 2 1/2" wide. A couple of the tiny stones have turned dark, which is typical of these piece from this era.
