DERULUFT vintage brochure, no date (but circa 1928 or 1929) paperback (softcover), 26cm x 20 cm, illustrated, text in German & Russian, 96 pages Rare vinatge promotional brochure for the Deruluft airline. The Deutsch-Russische Luftverkehrs-Gesellschaft (Deruluft) was a joint Soviet-German operation established in 1921. It carried Airmails (and later passengers too) between Königsberg and Moscow, Berlin and Leningrad, via Danzig and the Baltic States.The brochure includes a history of the airline from 1921 to 1928; details of the routes; Air Mail tariffs to various destinations, etc. Illustrated with numerous black & white photographs of some of the airline's destinations, aircraft, airports, etc and with nice vinatge advertisements. Condition: ex libris the British Society of Russian Philately with their library inkstamp to the front cover and to title-page, bookplate inside front cover, two other small instamps to the front cover, title-page a little dust-marked but other pages clean, some foxing to the covers, slight corner-creasing.
