UP FOR BID IS A BEAUTIFUL VINTAGE FRANCISCAN COFFEE POT & LID HAND-DECORATED IN THE DESERT ROSE PATTERN CIRCA 1950sThis wonderful vintage coffee pot by Franciscan is in PERFECT CONDITION! It has no chips, cracks, flakes, stains, utensil marks, or any signs of use. It is decorated with beautiful hand-painted leaves & pink roses on both sides ; a brownish green handle in the form of a twisted vine ; and a green accent band around the rim of the lid. A delightful closed rose bud is the handle for the lid. The coffee pot measures 8 3/4 in. tall x 8 in. wide from handle to spout . The bottom carries the Franciscan logo in faint black underglaze: Hand Decorated * FRANCISCAN WARE * MADE IN CALIFORNIA * U.S.A." It's rare to find this coffee pot in such great condition, with its original lid. Would make an excellent addition to your Franciscan Desert Rose or Cherokee Rose dinnerware collection. Fantastic!
