A superb real photographic postcard of DEVIZES - of a large gathering of well dressed people, at the Town's Corn Exchange. The signs at the back of the Hall state 'HERBERT PARRY AND FERRIS' and there is one stating 'GUNS & CARTRIDGES' and one for Suttons Seeds. I have been informed that this is the Corn Exchange in the Town centre, off of the Market Place in Devizes. Definitely Devizes as the card is by the local photographer Edmunds & Co of the High Street Devizes, with this name stamped on the back. 1911 Devizes franked card addressed to the High Street at Grittleton. Please see my other Wilts postcards on ebay over the coming day, andfor peace of mind. Delivery may take longer as I am sending from Germany. My postage is the cost I incur to send from Germany.
