Diana Bishop's Commonplace book is the limited edition booklet only available for purchase with the hardcover box set of the All Souls Trilogy. It measures 6'' x 4 1/4 " and contains 23 pages. The booklet is not signed.The bookplate was signed by Deborah Harkness for AllSoulsCon 2015.In Shadow of Night, Diana uses her commonplace book to practice Elizabethan handwriting. The book contains a floor plan of the Old Lodge, a gingerbread recipe, snippets of poetry and astrology , and more.In The Book of Life, Diana's notebook is the Anonymous English Commonplace Book, c. 1590, Gonçalves MS 4890.All proceeds from the auctions are donated to Bodley's American Friends, the US-based organization that provides support for the Bodleian Library in Oxford.The booklet is brand new.
