Volumes show different dates for each section, from 1843-1860. The Diaries of Emmanual Swedenborg, 4 volumes. Language : Latin. Emanuel Swedenborg was a Swedish scientist, philosopher, theologian and mystic. He was a prolific writer on religion and spiritualism whose writings had a profound effect on many famous philosophers, writers and poets who followed in his footsteps. Swedenborg is credited for having greatly influenced: William Blake, Jorge Luis Borges, Daniel Burnham, Arthur Conan Doyle, Mary Baker Eddy, WF Evans, Ralph Waldo Emerson, John Flaxman, George Inness, Henry James Sr., Carl Jung, Immanuel Kant, Helen Keller, Czesław Miłosz, August Strindberg, D.T.
