The piece that you are viewing is the Green Gate Cottage . This is a Limited Edition piece - #337 out of 22,500. This piece was originally issued in 1989 and retired in 1990. As of 2001 is was valued at $275.00. It is in EXCELLENT condition. It has been taken out of the box, but is in perfect condition. DELIVERY - Unlike in the Dickens Era, we do not ship by horse and carriage:We only ship within the United States and Canada, so please no other international bidders. Sorry for the inconvenience. Hawaii, Alaska and Canada bidders will have a slight increase shipping charge. That darn Post Office!!What is included in your shipping costs? We ship Priority Mail whenever possible. We take great care in packing up and ensuring your piece will arrive safely. We use excellent quality packing materials and package each piece individually. However, insurance is highly recommended on all pieces. We have a flat shipping fee of $14.95 and it covers everything, except the optional insurance. If you would like insurance on a piece, please select that option at checkout. If you choose the insurance option and for some reason, your piece is damaged in shipping, please notify us IMMEDIATELY! We will promptly send you the insurance information and forms to claim the damage. Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. T is additional charge for expedited shipping. Please contact us if that service is required.Once pictures were taken, we carefully packed up each piece to ensure its safety. Tfore, we sincerely apologize, but we are unable to provide any combined shipping discounts. Your pieces will all come individually.
