Like new! Looks like it has never even been out of the box until we took pictures of it. Comes with switched cord for lighting building. Detachable lanterns and banners. Exquisite detail, handcrafted of porcelain, individually hand painted and characterized by the matte finish, in excellent shape, no chips, cracks, or nicks. Every year pieces are retired from production and the molds broken. Approximately 8-1/4" x 10-1/2". Don't let this one pass you by! An awesome addition to any collection.
