DIKAR Gokstad Viking Ship #356 Scale of this ship is 1:47. She has a Overall length of 500 mm and height of 270 mm. This new-old-stock kit is of original Viking lapstrake (clinker) construction with precut keel and frames, sail and fittings and accessories, detailed plans and instructions. This unstarted kit is an older version of the current kit and the box shows a little shelf wear. The kit is for beginning builders and contains everything necessary to complete the model except a few dowels. It contains precut wood bulkheads and a plywood deck, with fittings. I believe the kit may be short a few of the dowels for the oars and note that the planks are diecut and are complete on four sheets of thin diecut plywood, one sheet has been started to be separated but all planks are there.
