Add this beautiful, collectable cloisonne Peacock ornament, made exclusively for Dillards, to your holiday season collection! This Peacock has wonderful embellishments with enamel filling, and comes with its own red velvet storage box. The 'cloisonne' ornament tradition has been a traditional craft done by artists in Beijing for many generations. The production of a single piece requires elaborate and precise workmanship including base preparation, the folding and shaping of intricate wire in filigree patterns, enamel filling, firing and polishing to a high lustrous shine. This unique Peacock ornament will be appreciated by the most discriminating collector.Also I wish to express an apology for the conflicting date-stamps across the photos. I recently reset my camera to its factory settings, and haven't updated its calendar function.
